DELIVERY RATES	- Orders below AED 250: AED 20 delivery fee - Orders AED 250 and above: Free delivery Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME	We strive to deliver all orders across the UAE within 24 to 48 hours. Every order is processed promptly to ensure a fast, smooth, and dependable delivery experience. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to external factors beyond our control.
CLICK & COLLECT (FREE PICKUP)	Pickup is available from our locations: Dubai Roastery - Monday to Saturday - 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Orders are typically ready within 24 hours after confirmation. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER	Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS	If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: - Order number - Description of the issue - Photos of the product We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
