Refund policy

Coffee & Consumables Coffee is considered a food item. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on coffee beans and other consumable products.

We recommend double-checking your grind size and order details before completing your purchase to ensure it matches your needs.
Non-Perishable Items For non-consumable items such as brewing equipment, accessories, or merchandise, returns may be accepted subject to the following conditions:


- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
- The original packaging must be fully intact and must not be broken, damaged, or altered
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required

EQUIPMENT ORDERS Confirmed equipment orders are non-cancellable and non-amendable once confirmed, especially where procurement, allocation, or preparation has already started.

In exceptional cases where BLACKSMITH COFFEE COMPANY approves a cancellation, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value may apply to cover administrative, procurement, and processing costs.

Any remaining approved balance will be refunded after
applicable deductions.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR
RETURN
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Used or damaged items, unless defective
- Spare parts and consumables
- Customized products or bulk orders
- Sale or discounted items
- International orders
Change of Mind We understand that preferences can change.


- Consumable products, including coffee, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Non-perishable items may be returned for change-of-mind reasons only if they are unused, unopened, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging fully intact
- Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund
- Approved returns may qualify for exchange or store credit only

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the following may apply depending on the case:


- Refund to your original payment method (approved casesonly)
- Exchange for another product
- Online store credit for future purchases

Please note:
Some items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Payment Provider &
Processing Charges
For approved cancellations, customer returns, or RTO cases, applicable shipping fees, bank transaction charges, payment processing fees, or third-party payment provider charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

For orders paid through Tabby, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to Tabby refund processes, timelines, and applicable charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging

Please retain the original packaging where possible.
We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
UAE Consumer Rights Your rights are protected under UAE consumer protection laws.

If a product is defective or does not meet acceptable standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
