| Coffee & Consumables | Coffee is considered a food item. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on coffee beans and other consumable products. We recommend double-checking your grind size and order details before completing your purchase to ensure it matches your needs. |
| Non-Perishable Items | For non-consumable items such as brewing equipment, accessories, or merchandise, returns may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

| EQUIPMENT ORDERS | Confirmed equipment orders are non-cancellable and non-amendable once confirmed, especially where procurement, allocation, or preparation has already started. In exceptional cases where BLACKSMITH COFFEE COMPANY approves a cancellation, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value may apply to cover administrative, procurement, and processing costs. Any remaining approved balance will be refunded after applicable deductions. |

| Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit | Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, the following may apply depending on the case:

| Payment Provider & Processing Charges |
For approved cancellations, customer returns, or RTO cases, applicable shipping fees, bank transaction charges, payment processing fees, or third-party payment provider charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable. For orders paid through Tabby, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to Tabby refund processes, timelines, and applicable charges. |
| Damaged or Incorrect Orders | If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: - Order number - Description of the issue - Photos of the product and packaging Please retain the original packaging where possible. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. |
