Return policies and internal procedures for these scenarios are an extension of a quality customer service.

Returns

 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or refund…

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You won’t be eligible for a return or refund...

  • If we consider, according to our sole discretion, that your item has been used and/or is not in the same condition in which it was received.
  • If your item is not in the original package.
  • If you fail to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If the purchased category falls under any of the following categories - beverages and food-items; Items prepared according to the customer request; All items included in a sale such as Books, Magazines, and Gift cards.
  • Without prejudice or limitation to the foregoing, we hereby stress that our Bean products are prepared based on customer instructions, and accordingly; return or refund of the same is not accepted.

 

Refunds

 

  • If the refund is requested before the order is shipped or collected, we will refund your order and you will receive the credit within 10 business days.

  • In other cases, If the refund is requested after the order is shipped. The refund process would only take place once we receive your item back unopened, we will inspect it and notify you by email with the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

  • You will be responsible to bring your item to our store and/or any place we may determine to you at your own cost.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
