PUQpress Q2 is an automatic coffee tamper that offers the latest in precision technology to provide a consistent tamping experience for every cup of coffee. It features a non-stick tamp head, a new easy adjustment wheel and a stiffer frame than the earlier versions. It provides baristas with a precision tamp cycle that creates zero suction. Also allows to use a bigger diameter tamper base to optimize extraction. Professionals can use it in high-volume cafes and retail locations. It will significantly speed up bar workflow, especially during busy hours. And it nearly eliminates the risk of tamp-related wrist and shoulder injuries to your baristas.

It features a display on the side which allows adjustment of tamping pressure in an increment of 1kg from 10 to 30 kg and also helps initiate cleaning mode. The super tough frame ensures all the tamps will be 100% flat and level every time. It is suitable for all espresso machines and compatible with both single and double sprouted portafilters.

How to use this coffee tamper:
Actuate the main switch on the back side of the tamper.
Insert the portafilter entirely in the clamp after initial levelling of ground coffee in filter basket.
The tamper automatically detects the metal portafilter using the contactless sensor.
Remove the portafilter after a full cycle of approx. 1.5 seconds.

Care and Use:
Place the tamper on a level, vibration-free surface.
Never operate it in moist or wet surroundings.
Clean the tamper disk regularly using a brush. Press the clean modus to ease the cleaning procedure. Do not use your fingers / hands to clean the disk.
