With decades of experience and multiple international awards, Wilton operates two high-standard farms in Cauca and Risaralda, including the renowned Granja Paraíso 92.
His farms cultivate rare coffee varieties such as Geisha, Java, Bourbon Pink, Pacamara, Castillo, Tabi, and Caturra, grown using advanced methods like drip irrigation and terracing. Every step is backed by scientific control—thanks to on-site laboratories and Wilton’s custom-designed processing plant.
What sets his coffee apart is a unique fermentation process using self-built bioreactors. Cherries are sterilized with ozonated water and UV light, then undergo multiple fermentation stages with carefully selected microorganisms.
