El Salvador Coffee Beans - Fernando Alfaro Natural Anaerobic : La Providencia's Guarumal plot in El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains produces this vibrant Yellow Caturra, using an anaerobic natural process. Grown at 1,100 to 1,300 meters, the coffee is handpicked and sealed in airtight bags to ferment for 68 to 72 hours before being dried for over 30 days. The result is a coffee with complex fruit flavors and a smooth body. Owners Fernando Alfaro and Jose Enrique Gutierrez combine innovation and tradition to bring out the unique character of their land.
